1974 Ducati 750 GT For Sale
Engine #: 75440X
Frame #: 75431X
VIN: DM750575431X
Offered for sale is my 1974 Ducati 750 GT with 8,549 miles since
new.
This bike is a true unmolested survivor with original paint
and fittings.
The
lead seal on the cases is intact. This bike was purchased by
original owner Jim Williams in 1974 from a Norton Ducati dealer
in San Jose, California and used by him for a short while and
then dry stored until 2002 with approximately 5000 miles.
Charles Risser then purchased the bike and again used it
sparingly until I purchased it to add to my collection of
Bevels. It ran, looks and performs like the Classic that it is.
The
bike is mostly original;
-
Lead seals intact
-
Paint original and gorgeous
-
Brembo calliper was added in lieu of the Scarab. I have
rebuilt the Brembo
-
Dyna electronic ignition added. Starts first kick
-
New tires with 10 miles on them
-
Carbs were serviced
-
U.S. handle bars replaced with Euro ones
-
All receipts included
-
Original tool kit with linen pouch included
-
Original owner’s manual
-
All take off parts will be included; ie. Scarab calliper,
ignition, handle bars, etc.
*Bike
it totally unmolested like it left Ducati. Keep in mind it is
over 40 years old and new owner should put new fluids, etc. in
bike. I will miss having it.
