THIS BIKE HAS BEEN SOLD
The project
bike above I am offering for sale for $2650.00 OBO. Included in
the bike is everything in the pictures minus my
neighbor’s
garage.
I believe this to be a 1975-77 bevel Ducati 860GT, not sure on
the year or the mileage, fairly complete with repainted tank and
front and rear fenders. The bike came with a few others I bought
so I am unsure of a lot of the history but, what I do know is
that he was an avid collector and rider and he seemed to have a
real love of Italian motorcycles.
Re-painted tank
and front and rear fender painted fire red, the paint has some
scratches from being moved around but was never remounted,
(still has the tape around the threads of the petcocks). new or
really nicely repainted tank badges, Conti pipes-- the pipes
have some pitting and scratches seat is in fair condition, no
throttle, will need to be rewired probably, I do have the
original key for the key switch, front rim is very rusted and
has no disks-- but included with the bike is a Akront rim with a
disk for replacement, no headlight, no side covers, the shift
lever is bent what you see in the pictures is what you get,
there is no title, I will give a bill of sale with the bike – a
title can be sent for from International Title Service in Las
Vegas.
The bike is
located in Brooklyn, N.Y. the bike is sold “as is - where is” The
bike is offered as a project bike in need of a go-through or
complete restoration.
